When is it?

Courses are available at our Training Centres in Birmingham and London every week. Alternatively we can come to your workplace (for a maximum of 12 delegates) at dates to suit you and your team.

Who is the course for?

The Award is suitable for those who work, or want to work, as a Door Supervisor, Security Officer or Events Steward

What are the entry requirements?

There are no set pre-course requirements however basic levels of English literacy and numeracy are assumed.

4 days

How is it assessed?

By three multiple choice examinations and one practicle assessment

Unless your employer or company has been given an exemption under Section 4(4) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001, it is a criminal offence to undertake the licensable activities of a door supervisor without an SIA licence
